[vsc-alert] Cooling issues VSC-5: downtime until 5.2.

Dear VSC users, the cause of the cooling system failure has been unscheduled work by an external firm which affected the control system and cause a failure of pumps. Repair is currently in progress but we will not be able to return to normal operation before tomorrow. We plan to start the compute nodes tomorrow, Wednesday 5.2. in the afternoon.
