Dear ASC users and friends, imagine being able to up-skill in HPC and AI for free, connect with colleagues across disciplines and do so at least 12 more times this year. Starting into the new training season - learn about HPC and AI

Dear ASC users and friends, a very warm welcome to the new training season that will allow you do learn more about HPC and AI with a couple of brand-new topics blending in with our traditional training offers. We are currently setting up the ASC training program [1] for this autumn and you can expect more events popping up during the next days and weeks. However, we would like to highlight a few upcoming events that will take place within 2 weeks or need more preparation: Lecture ASC-School I [2] As every autumn, we would like to highlight the lecture ASC-School I [2] during the upcoming winter semester that allows students of TU Wien and of other Austrian universities via a co-registration [3] at TU Wien to earn ECTS (please check out the deadlines for registration and co-registration at TU Wien) - the only mandatory part for ASC-School I is the MPI course (17-20 Nov 2025) [4]. Tomorrow, there will be the first AI:AT Webinar - AI:AT is short for AI Factory Austria: Grundlagen von Trustworthy AI, 7. Oktober 2025, 15:00 - 16:00 (CEST), in German Check out the event description [5] and fill the registration form [6] to get the Zoom link, you may also join the LinkedIn event [7] for networking (but for actual participation you have to fill the registration form [6]).
