Dear ASC users,
We are currently migrating all files in DATA to our new storage system. To
ensure data safety and to avoid interruptions, all data is first mirrored, then
the old version removed. This had the unexpected effect of suddenly and
significantly increasing the amount of storage used by each project (up to
double the amount).
To mitigate this, we increased all quota to prevent any overruns and subsequent
interruptions to the project work. To see your current quota, please log in and
type:
mmlsquota --block-size auto -j data_fs7XXXX data
where 7XXXX is your 5 digit project number. The correct quota is not visible on
the service webpage.
Please excuse the caused confusion, the migration will most likely run for
another 2-3 days, after which the quota state should return to normal.
